Have you noticed that sometimes when you ask a question on Google, the search engine will provide you with a specific answer or a series of images instead of giving you a standard list of web pages? Try searching for "movies from the 1980s" or "how high Tom Cruise is."

This is not the search engine we grew up! This is because Google works harder (and spends more) than most people, allowing us to find anything through its software. Specifically, the company's mission statement is "organizing the world's information to make it universally available and useful."
